        I applied for a position for the company 3 months ago was offered a job and was given a offer letter. I was already working for another company at the time and have given them my 2 weeks notice cause Alorica gave me a starting date . They didnt give me location on where to go on the starting date so i emailed them and they said the my background was still pending. So i waited a week and emailed them back and they told me that it still hasnt cleared. So i waited another 2 weeks and I emailed them back and they stopped replying to me. This company cost me my current job plus they lied to me about even hiring me!! This company is the worst place to deal with. Completely unorganized you can even reach these ppl they provide a number that doesnt even ring. I would never recommend this company . I will be reporting them to the Better Business Beareau.

        Awful company, do not apply. Waste of time. Management is absolute TRASH. Training is basically a summary of vocabulary/terminology. They DO NOT CARE FOR THE EMPLOYEE! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
