Thank God my lease is up this April this has been the worst yr lease I have ever signed!! They show you this updated beautiful apartment model that is supposed to be similar to what you will be into and NOT at all what my family got. We cant open our window in the apartment because the are so old and moldy. All the light fixtures are old and rusty. It smelled of cigarettes for the longest time. The aesthetic outside of the building is terrible. Glad to get out of this box soon. And the apartments are entirely to small and so unkept for the price they have the nerve to charge.

Holes on all the complex streets, no 24hr gym as contracted, maintenance requests that go unfulfilled or take an inordinate amount of time to be responded, fly infested buildings every spring and summer, and finally the raise of fees for no apparent reason. You sure like to email, text and reming residents of their contractual responsibilities while not delivering good service or working on the living spaces.
