We purchased a brand new home from them in 2013. The cheapest materials that could be used, were used. One person bought 3 units next to us. They provided him with complete wood flooring top to bottom, while carpeting our top. We picked out a color for our walls and they did a completely opposite color. They put little effort into our place and when we asked for things to be fixed we were presented with an attitude. I would not recommend this builder unless you know how to wheel and deal at every opportunity. They'll make sure you get screwed on the cheap if you don't have those skills.
