After hearing horror stories for years from friends who rented in the Lynchburg community from various properties and management companies, I was apprehensive when I signed my lease with Grace Properties. However, my experience with both my property and this management company has been nothing short of fantastic. - Their in-office reps and property managers are professional, respectful, and prompt. I've never once felt belittled for making a request, and they always respond promptly, often in less than 24 hours. - Maintenance requests have always been handled within 24 hours, and often in less time. The maintenance workers have always been courteous and kind, when I've encountered them, and I've never had any issues when arriving home after they've been in the property while I've been away. - The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and safe. Neighbors generally abide by leasing policies, and apart from standard noise issues that periodically arise with specific neighbors, I haven't experienced any other issues like that. I've had a great experience renting from Grace Properties, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free rental experience!

I love living in a Grace property! The management communicates well, the community I live in is lovely and feels safe to walk around in, and it's a convenient location.

Out of all the apartments I have lived in here at Cornerstone, the gables have provided me with the best service by far. Im especially impressed with how quickly the maintenance requests get fulfilled. Overall great experience
