        Called this provider on Tuesday. Explained my desire to establish as a patient, having moved into area. Also described an immediate hearing aid repair need. Receptionist requested pertinent contact information and name of current provider. Then asked what make of hearing aids I wear...it isn't a make Augusta Audiology sells, as per their website. Receptionist paused when I mentioned the brand I wear. She then repeated my phone # back to confirm, and said she would tell the audiologist. I then even downloaded their new patient info form and filled it out, confident I would be making an appointment soon. Four days later and not the courtesy of a return call. They didn't get to find out that I'm in the market for new hearing aids. But they didn't call back. My time speaking with the receptionist and completing their forms was time wasted. They will NOT be getting any business from me, as they failed to give the impression that they care.
