Update: we came again and I keep my 3 star rating (it was ok, but plenty of food, prices are fine), my carne asada came cold and I think it was reheated? _ Decent food and average prices. The happy hour is good, every day from 3 to 5 and it includes drinks and some food.

My wife and I had to take our dog to the veterinary clinic the other day and since they had to do some tests that would take a couple of hours we went to eat. This area where Chevys is located is an office park with a high concentration of Specialty Medical Offices. So this was my first time at a Chevys. The place was empty at this time of day (Friday July 20 @ 15:30) but there were customers there. Staff was very friendly and prompt taking us to a table getting us our menu and of course our drinks with tortilla chips and salsa. My wife ordered the pork fajitas which the waiter pressed and heated them up over at the "El Machino" and I picked a MEX burger on a pretzel bun (see photos). Over all the food was really good and enough to fill you up (wife needed a take out container) and the price was reasonable.

Everything was fresh and wonderful. The place wasn't busy but the service was very slow. I did notice a help wanted sign but with so few customers I couldn't see the real issue. I would go back. The lunch portions are small and not that much cheaper. It was $10 for a mini chicken quesadilla and tortilla soup but I don't eat much so it was fine for me.
