HORRIBLE! I switched to Allstate because my mom raved about how good the customer service was. NOT! When getting quotes, signing and paying, that was smooth. But 2 weeks ago I get a call from a new hire telling me my policy was going to be cancelled. I had to ask which one of my policies was getting cancelled and why. Turns out they never processed my condo policy more than a year later. That I've been paying my mortgage and my previous insurance was getting paid that money. I had already paid for the year in advance through my credit card and he asked if I wanted to do that! I told him to contact the mortgage. He called back saying he couldn't. It's now 2 weeks later and even calling they haven't called me to apologize for the error or updated me that it's been corrected. I've called to check on the status of this. They were rude saying their system was down and they were leaving an hour early because there were only 2 people in the office. I do not recommend them.

The staff in this place is unresponsive. They don't call back or email back. I bought auto insurance policy from this office. I was told by three different agents that for the milewise policy I was not required to install a device on the car which was not true. I only knew after I left the country and I had to deal with the dilemma from outside the country.
