This is not a scam. This business helps set reservations for friends and family of property owners at Massanutten. The people that say it is a scam decided to cancel the trip after setting their reservation and being told there is a no cancel no reschedule policy.

Scammers ! I won the so called raffle from my local gun show , Stole my money $75 promised to refund me when I went over there for a ‘90 min presentation’ promise to give me back $150 visa gift card. What happened was these people are vicious man, they persuade selling the guy had the gift of the gab, I said no, he went to get another guy and I finally broke down said yes signed and notice it was time share. The very night I wrote a letter to cancel. No doubt this company resort is all scam, I disputed for my $75 back from my bank and they took my $425. Do not fall into the trap there is no free stay and there is no refund. I was pressured to signing and I tell people NO! DO NOT GO THERE , you put for 7 days vacation for your life time at $1000 per year plus the monthly payments for the mortgage.

Total scam!!! They stole money from me!!! They say it’s a $1500 complimentary trip and have you pay $99 and say they’ll give it back plus $150 in a gift card once you get there. NOTHING is included. Scam scam scam! Do not fall for it!!!!
