At Val Collision Center, the level of service was truly exceptional. The staff was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, going above and beyond in every aspect of their service. They not only performed the necessary repairs with outstanding craftsmanship, but they also noticed and corrected my tire rotation, something I hadn't even realized needed attention. Their dedication to quality work and meticulous attention to detail, combined with their proactive approach to customer care, genuinely sets them apart.

Val was dishonest and workmanship was poor. Fixed my car, called said it was ready to pickup, upon arrival was told it wasnt ready, numerous excuses. Was told to come back the next day, which is when I discovered the real reason it wasnt ready, they had an accident in their parking lot the previous day, rather than state that and offer a time to fix, they attempted to cover it up with touch up paint. When confronted they offered to fix and stated that their paint job had a lifetime warranty. Took car off property and discovered everything they painted had paint bubbles, caused by poor workmanship. Since initial posting, Val compensated me for repair of their damage to my vehicles front bumper cover, but refuse to acknowledge their poor workmanship.

I love this place! They have fixed my Lexus when it got hit on the side and when a deer jumped in front of it. Both times it was like it never happened good. It takes a minute but the quality is top notch! Thanks Eddie!
