I frequent the location in Fair Oaks Mall managed by Tracy O'Donnell with her assistant managers Allan and Vee. They are some of most wonderful people I have ever met. They are always so fantastic, knowledgeable, and kind whenever we go in. The only time I order things online now is when I know they don't have them in store because they are such a pleasure to do business with, as well as being so personable and welcoming. They don't mind the millions of questions I have and aren't afraid to call around to get the answers (although that's only happened once). The employees there are always helpful and they have tracked down items (tea sets) for me. Their tea recommendations have been excellent and they will always have my business. I wish I could drink more tea so I could shop there more. I have succeeded in getting my mother, aunt, boyfriend, and friend hooked on it, though, so I have an excuse to stop in more frequently. This place is seriously a gem thanks to the staff.
