Having just come back from Thailand I took a few months to explore the Thai restaurants in the area. After some trial and error, I have picked about 3 very good ones. Of those Cee is by far the best. They have delicious staples (Pad Thai, Panang Curry) and a menu full of amazing other dishes to try. I have never been disappointed.

The place looks horrible from outside (I'd seriously spend money on renovation to attract more customers if I was the owner), but the interior atmosphere looks much nice so I was considering to take my dates to this place. So I tried this restaurant out with on a Goupon deal. My friend and I ordered Pad Ra Na and Drunken noodle and the food tasted as blend as it can get so we had to spice up the food ourselves by spice treys. After running out of the seasoned jalapeno peppers, they actually brought out the raw jalapeno peppers, saying it's the same thing (the servers were very nice but this was plain stupid). I don't think I'm coming back to this place. My favortie Thai place is still Busara in Tysons. I give 2 stars (out of 5) for a decent service.

Terrible. Bland and dried out. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I've passed this place a couple of times and the only reason I gave it a try was a Goupon deal. As soon as I walked in I realized I wasn't going to like this place. The atmosphere isn't that nice, at least not when your favortie Thai place is Busara in Reston. Anyway, we waited about 5 mins to be greeted and seated, strange since the place was not busy in the least bit, there was just no one at the door. Once we had a table, the waitress seemed to hound us for ordering, she literally took "give us a minute" for a minute. When the food finally came, we couldn't believe how small the dinner portions were. We actually requested dinner portions over lunch, so I really hate to see how small lunch portions are. Regardless, the food was not hot, not warm, but border line cold. Again, the place wasn't busy, so why the food wasn't warm is beyond. Taste wise, it's OK at best. When we got our bill they charged us 4 extra for no reason and we had to explain it to them, which was corrected. All in all, if it wasn't for the 50% deal on Groupon, I wouldn't have tried it, and if there was another deal as such...I still wouldn't go back.
