This is by far the best facility Ive ever worked at, all the staff is warm and welcoming and helpful, upper management is always responsive to our needs and makes our residents and staff feel like we can come to them for anything!

This facility has had its challenges in the past but that is the past! I love to see the positive changes that are happening in the facility, especially when it relates to care being provided to the residents and the appreciation for staff. Of course things cannot change over night, but Fairfax is headed in the right direction.

I love seeing the teamwork among staff members and their interactions with each resident. The care and time spent with residents, whether it be 1 on 1 time or group activities, really makes the residents feel at home. It is heartwarming to see!

The Center is clean. The employees were very helpful. I found the patient well taken care of. Everything seemed to be in order.
