We ordered all of our cabinetry from Kleppinger and the service was outstanding as was the quality of the cabinets. As might be expected, our hinges on the lazy susan began to shift after 10 years and we called Kleppinger asking for a repair. We were told if it was under warranty that they would repair it free of charge. Apparently it was not under warranty and we were charged $250 and told that the repair may hold for months or years. A few weeks later, the repair failed. Kleppinger group was able to get new hinges for us free of charge but they refused to stand by their work and told us that they would charge us another $350 to install the hinges. After investing so much money in our cabinets we were disappointed by our recent interaction.

I worked with the Kleppinger Design Group to design and build semi-custom storage cabinets and a desk in a room undergoing remodeling. It thrilled me from the start that the designer completely understood my needs and the look I was going for. She presented cabinet choices and design elements I would have never thought of myself. Great care was taken during the installation. The team was methodical and precise and a pleasure to work with. Some tweaks had to be made and they were very creative in fashioning solutions, for example with the cabinet housing a computer CPU and several external hard drives. The cabinets and desk more than meet my needs and are absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Kleppinger Design Group for making my dream come true! Next we need to tackle remodeling my bathrooms!
