Gutter replacement, HCR rep was professional, listened to our concerns about the original installation of the gutters and offered a solution which minimized cost while addressing the original flaws and only installing gutter guards and 6" gutters in locations that made sense only. The installation team arrived on time, was polite and professional, and cleaned up all material from around the yard and driveway. The overall experience was positive, the gutters are great, and we have no more water running over.

I would look for a difference company for any work they do. Last August 2014 we had a window replace due to vandalize. We didn't have money at the time to replace all the windows so just go one. In May we called and got an estimate for the rest of the windows. It was better then all the other estimates we got. We had issues with them the first time but figured for the second time around we had time and the previous issues didn't matter. I was so wrong! We had 14 windows installed. First, the installers were rude. One of the installers claimed that I chipped a 4"x2" piece of spackle off the window frame after they took out the old window. And they even took a picture to say they didn't do it. I confronted them after the job was complete and they claimed they didn't do it. That was not the only spackle issue. Almost every single window had paint/spackle chips on them. The installers didn't do anything about them, said it happens and it was normal and did't fix them. There was also dirty hand prints around every window, one of the master frames around the window was scratched deeply and they still installed it, all of my window sills were bend down away from the wall so paint and chalk pulled away from the wall. There were a few other issues we had. I called HomeFix with a list of things. They are still not fixed after 2 months of dealing with them. I would not recommend them for anything.

We had our roof replaced with Homefix and the quality of work was excellent. Workers were very courteous and on time and did an excellent job with the clean up. We encountered some unexpected conditions with the sheathing and Homefix was very reasonable negotiating in the middle of the job. Recommend pre-negotiating the price per 4x8 wood just in case the entire sheathing must be replaced (and not just a couple of pieces).
