        Long wait times do not encourage people to donate. Even with an appt the whole process will take about an hour. Last time I went, I was told it would be 60-90 min before we even started. I just left.

        Don’t even bother scheduling an appointment. You’ll still wait at a minimum 30 minutes just to be seen. There’s a complete disregard for people’s time, which is a shame because people are volunteering their time to help others in need.
