Matrona is EXCELLENT at what she does. My sister's insurance turned her off and said she had to move from a skilled nursing facility within 4 days. Matrona came in and helped us find the right location, do virtual site tours and get quotes in timely fashion. We were able to get my sister moved so quickly! We are so incredibly grateful that we found Matrona when we needed to relocate my mom--urgently and unexpectedly--to an assisted living community. Matrona coached us through the whole process in a way that was invaluable. She was knowledgeable about the options available and very responsive to all of my questions--even over weekends and at night! She listened well to our needs and preferences and was very sensitive to our family's situation throughout our time working with her. She provided her honest assessment of whether or not a particular community was a good fit for my mom and I deeply appreciated that. In the end, she found us a place for mom that met all of our needs and requirements.
