They still made my dad pay rental for a machine that didn't work because he had possession of it for a half day. 15 years later and they screw my husband over as well. Absolutely would NOT recommend!

Very disappointed that they never explained to me that when I rent a machine on Friday I need to call it off rent on Saturday since they are open. I waited until first thing Monday morning to call it off rent and they charged me for an extra day (the so called "weekend special") If I would have know that I would have ran the machine for the extra day to get my money's worth out of the deal. I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars this year renting multiple machines for weeks on end and they can't cut a "valued" customer a break. Pretty disappointing and seems like they are more about the money than the customers.

Wonderful company to work with. I have rented several pieces of equipment for my home yard work. I have both picked up and had equipment delivered. Everything has been exceptional. Will be getting more from them. And the best part, their prices are very reasonable.
