        Nick and Grant were very professional and provided excellent service. They removed my internal hard drive in under three minutes. They answered my simple questions right away and in terms I could understand. This my second time using this company. I will definitely use them for my future computer needs.

        The woman there was very nice and she fixed my phone with a new battery and it's working great. I'm still not sure why she wouldn't allow me to keep my old battery. She says they have a contract with Google to send my old battery back to Google. My concern is... Why does Google want my old battery back? I bought the phone with the original battery, but why does Google demand my old battery back? What kind of info if any is sealed in my old battery?
