        Everything was absolutely perfect! Clean restaurant! It was nice and quiet. The food was to die for. Fried in new oil. The portions are huge and the prices are fair. I ordered the Mayflower Special and it was more than I could ask for. Huge shrimp, fried oysters, hush puppies, scallops and french fries. All cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the fried trout combo with popcorn shrimp. He couldn't even finish because the portion was so huge! We loved it! Thank you so very much for the fresh, hot food and great service. I wish I could live directly across the street from Mayflower. Our server was super sweet. She checked on us several times. I should have given her a larger tip and I certainly will when we return. We will be back every week.
