        I think Triangle Cycles is a great place to do business with. I order parts from them even being in North Carolina and things are shipped quickly and packed well. Great customer service and they are willing to help you out.

        Customer service is a bad joke. I keep getting transferred and disconnected. I leave multiple messages and nobody returns the call. They won't refund my money because they lost the package I sent item in. If you value customer service take your business elsewhere. Don't reply to this Triangle with that lame email template. There is nothing you can do to make this right. Learn how to run a business
