      image Had oil change on my mini cooper. 1 hour later they called and said they could not get the oil drain plug removed. When I came to pick up all my cars oil had leaked under the vehicle. Employee came out and recommended I call tow truck. I explained that I drove the car there and expected to drive it home. I will be in touch with a lawyer

      image Worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. As if the line wasn't a long enough wait I was told by cashier that I couldn't pay with cash bc he was waiting for some to be brought to his location then told me I couldn't go up front and pay so I had to wait 30 minutes after my car was ready to pay and leave I do not recommend this place unless you have no other choice
