Apartment Rentals

These apartments are pretty great. Nice And comfortable. The only problem I have is the insulation. There is barely any insulation in the apartments. Ur electric bill will be very high in the winter unless u keep ur thermostat at 63 degrees. When I first moved here, I had my thermostat at 68 in the winter. My electric bill was over $300. Let me inform you, it is just me in this one bedroom apartment. The walls are pretty thin as well. U can hear ur neighbors using the restroom in the bathroom.

Previously lived in the Greystone apartments. The location is a little sketchy, but nonetheless NOTHING EVER happened in the location of the apartments, no police, theft, etc. I was only there for a year though. Very nice sized living room and bedrooms. Pretty decent/nice options to live. Not insanely priced for what you get and in a lot of cases you actually get a good deal for a good price, or at least I did. The leasing agent in the front office [Forgive me, I can't remember her name. She generally wears glasses] is VERY understanding of different situations and was able to help when I really needed. Maintenance is quick and gets to the job and get it done and out of the way.

Best Apartment and Home rental Office in the area. Very friendly staff. They mange many many properties, plenty of options. They are sure to have your next home.
