        Terry was very rude and kept hanging up on customers on the phone. He has poor management skills and this place always charges to transfer data. An employee asked for cash. someone got into an account without permission I got a notification about it in the notes taken! Do not go there!!! SHAME ON THEM!

        Elias is the best! I literally drove from Fredericksburg to this location because they only had one left of the phone I wanted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend him to everyone who wants to visit this location! Thank you sososo much Elias for a very pleasant experience!

        The same horrible, rude, unprofessional little Hispanic girl treated me the same way as the last review. After asking to speak to a manager she literally hung up on me then refused to answer the phone because she knew she knew she was wrong. When I called the other T-Mobile across town I was told this location doesn't even have a manager at this time. No one knows who owns it or how to get in touch with the owner to report this girl for her astounding level of rudeness or unprofessionalism. if you don't want to walk into a complete hellish nightmare go to the one on the other side of town.
