UVA Health Primary Care Culpeper

Boy, what a dog and pony show. No doctor, just robot nurses walking around prescribing and referring as much as they can, then over billing. There is no doctor. They won't give vaccinations because they said they don't make enough off them to warrant offering them. hmmmmmmm Forced to give at least one star because it won't post without it but they deserve ZERO. Boy I hope someone from Charlottesville looks into this, they wear the UVA name....what a disgrace.

I went in for a well check and received a bill for over $400. I had gone there for 2 years prior and actually liked the doctors/ nurses that I saw which is why I went again. Unfortunately, I was unaware that my insurance was no longer and in-network provider. Yes, I will take some blame for not double checking however, Ive had the same Insurance for 11 years and assumed that it was all good. At NO point did anyone tell me they were no longer an in-network provider. Not when I called and scheduled, not when they asked if my insurance had changed, and not when I was back in the room talking to the Dr. So, receiving a bill for $400 when you thought it was going to be $0 was shocking. I called billing and all they could do was set up a payment plan and that wasnt at all the point. Pretty useless. So $400 for a 15 minute conversation with a Dr. Oh and I got billed for some sort of hospital fee no idea. I will NOT be going back there and those amazing doctors should fine somewhere else to work.

UVA is a damn joke. They should just go on the road somewhere and hold up the cars. All they are concerned about is to cheat MediCare and overcharge. They misthreat the doctors, the nurses and their patients. Replacing the doctors often and providing the worst healthcare I have seen anywhere. I am 80 years old and have visited doctors and hospitals in more than 6 different countries. These Bozos take the crown of uncaring and incompetency.

Killed my baby brother taking off his meds cold turkey, he killed himself a week later I blame this whole office and dr. Coe. Also was turned away after being a patient for years this is the most unprofessional office. I have ever been to, I even tried contacting the manager of the building over and over and nothing she never called back or cared that one of there patients took there life. Charles McCartney may you have Justice in the after life. 7/10/22 he left this world.
