The atmosphere included outdated decor, windows with dirty handprints, condiment containers I wouldn't touch without a napkin wrapped around them, and a bathroom that was relatively clean sans the fact the toilet paper wasn't in the holder and instead was sitting on the handicap rail so it was rather unsanitary as everyone was handling the same roll and Lord knows if it had been on the floor at any point in time and also the floor wasn't very clean so double .
The manicotti itself was good. The tomato sauce was an unseasoned sauce poured directly from the can--you could even taste the can. No garlic, no rosemary, no oregano, no basil, no anything, just canned tomato sauce two steps below Ragu. Even the bread was unremarkable and flavorless.
If we ever go back, it will be for the very nice staff, not the food and not for the atmosphere.
