        Sad arrangement for deluxe price. No where near as full as the regular priced one shown. A real disappointment for my wife's 75th birthday. I was a regular customer until this arrived. Fill was dry and flowers were few. Won't be back anytime soon The photo from website is included in the purple vase and is not even the deluxe that I paid for.

        We received today a beautiful bouquet from someone who knew wed lost a beloved pet. Im sure it wasnt an easy bouquet to make but it was perfect for us and we deeply appreciate the gift and the design of the gift.

      I am sorry you have a bad experience. I understand after speaking to my wife the arrangement was replaced this morning. In the future visit our website www.ecflowersandgifts or give us a call to order one of our designs this cuts out the middle man & ordering from an order gatherer like Ranch flowers relies on the images and recipes which are not always accurate, an example of this is the image you posted is in a purple vase, Ranch sent us the order to be in a clear vase. We hope you enjoy your flowers and look forward to working with you in the future.
