I called today to speak to someone at the front desk to schedule an appointment for a covid test at 10:49 am. I was told that they will leave a message with the nurse. After 1pm still no response and was told the same thing again and after 3 pm l was told they close at 5pm and the nurse sometimes call after that. Okay it's after 6 pm and still nothing. Back story l told the lady this morning that l needed the covid test done for a requirement at work before l am able to return to work. I have wasted all day waiting for the medical center to call and l could've went somewhere else hours ago. This will be my last time coming to this unorganized place again.

Very nice staff BUT very hard to get through. Their line is constantly busy. I have even driven there just to make an appointment because I could not get them on the phone. Unfortunately, I cant do that now because the door is locked. Today is day 2 and still cant get through.

When my son (22) was sick and I took him in and they gave him 2 Iv's and sent him home , within 24 hours he was in UVA very ill and Uva done a Flu test for it to come back Pos. For the flu, I called them the next day and ask if they checked for the Flu and was told they DON'T do that, So my Question is why a doctor's office don't check for the Flu when you need (2 IVs) Never heard of a doctor's office not checking for the FLU when your that sick and was TOLD WE DON'T CHECK FOR IT IN OFFICE OR TAKE A TEST FOR IT....REALLY...
