My phone had been acting up; I got a free replacement. When, I got it back I gad to activate it but it still didn't work. I called T-mobile at Southpark Mall  ( Colonial Heights, VA)  and spoke to the manager Maryann; I told her my situation and she told me to come in and that she will help.   Maryann went way and beyond, because I am not to savvy with tech/phones. I felt calm and she answered my questions about the phone even though I asked several questions. She was very professional. She knew exactly how to fix my phone; because I was in tears. She reassured me she could fix it and did. Bravo   I would truly recommend her for issues with the phone or new phones. She is truly a professional.    I am partially disable with crutches and she said, I wish I had somewhere where you could sit, but the ottaman was too low for someone who has Arthritis. So she said, I would try to do it quickly. She did in about 20 minutes; it was worth me standing.

Devonne is an absolute treasure to this store. She was friendly and helpful and the experience felt like I was visiting a childhood friend instead of being sold to. I came in there for a selfie light and left with an iPhone 14 pro , air pods and a charger . I highly recommend this location and ask for Devonne.
