        the Hardees at 801 Temple Ave Colonial Heights VA. used to be the last good Hardees in our area but during my visit on 12 Apr 22 was a disaster. the patty was burned - burned not char broiled on both sides, there was a ton of mayo with wilted lettuces and a slice of tomato that was WAY too old to be served anywhere. And just now I tried to comment online at the Hardees/Carl JR website and it does not let me submit the comment with no pop-up or anything indicating what is wrong or missing or, or is it that the site is a feel good thing that no one ever checks...

        I give a big fat ZERO for this sad excuse of a "restaurant". Got a ice cold and burnt burger and cold fries for lunch today 1:20pm. Couldn't even gag it down. If they can't do any better than that, just close it down. No excuse for it!! Won't be back.

        The best fresh breakfast biscuits! I normally order sausage or country ham biscuits and have never been disappointed with either. The sweet tea is also always on point. I frequently receive coupons for here in the local weekly newspaper. The staff is always friendly at the drive thru. Depending on what time you visit, there could be a back up for the drive thru.

        Went through drive thru for lunch. Speed of service was excellent compared to other Hardee's locations that I have visited and the person working the drive thru was very nice. I am eating the food as I am sending this review and the food is a little warm (blt chicken and fries). Food tastes like it was made much earlier and the heat lamp is not working properly. "A" for service, "F" on the food prep.
