SERVPRO of Montgomery & Pulaski Counties

Servpro did a removal of trash and mildewed furniture from my house in Blacksburg and did an excellent job with the team of Cindy, Kari, Justin and Tyrone. There was still splatter on the walls and mold in the basement that needed abatement in the sheet rock. Mr. Kevin Lancaster, the Vice President of Operations suggested a Deep Clean of the house. After he explained what that is, I asked for the same team of Cindy, Kari, Jordan and Tyrone. They worked on my home for 4 days. I went to the walk through and I was amazed. The house was sparkling. I can't tell you how clean it was. This team has a professional work ethic that is unbelievable. Everything that was supposed to be cleaned was done. I am more than satisfied! Myra

Turns out they dont actually serve all of Pulaski County. I called them last week and asked them about repairing my house in Pulaski County. They told me they don't serve that part of Pulaski County.

This was the second occasion that my home required the services of Serpro. Aaron was very responsive to my questions on Friday and had a team of professionals servicing my floor issues promptly on Monday morning. The crew was efficient and diligent in cleaning all surfaces of my den. Very well done!

I manage a local museum space, and we had an unfortunate sewage backup in two restrooms on a Friday afternoon at 4:45pm (of course, just before the end of the day). The Servpro team (I interacted with Quinn Morgan primarily) was there quickly, handled the cleanup efficiently, and left it better than we'd even hoped.
