        My husband and I had a terrible experience here. It was obvious that the girl waiting on us did not have a clue what she was doing. At one point she even claimed she was having a panic attack because her iPad was not working properly. She was quite dramatic!!!! Long story, short, we left after over an hour with no new plan, no new phones and a whole lot of unnecessary frustration.

        I had the worst experience at T Mobie at the UpTown Mall in Chriatiansburg va. My son is visiting from Spain and to get a Sim card for his phone and we went there and afterpaying for the card didnt work and we were in the store over 2 hours and still didnt get the refund I am owed so they said I would get an email that day showing my conformation number to get the charge off my debit card, Its been 3 days now so I phoned the store and the agent was very rude to me so its still a battle, I wouldnt give them a good rating at all.
