Not very understanding or empathetic to their clients. Would not recommend.

I have been going to PT here for a month and I have found the staff wonderful and made my visits fun.

This place has confirmed my belief the medical system is a complete rip off. They billed my insurance $804.50 for 2 visits that consisted of an evalulation and then showing me how to 1- use a rubber band to perform one exercise. 2- how to stretch in a door frame and 3- a 10 minute neck "massage" that a toddler could have done better. Insurance is not the problem. Medical facilities like this that charge outrageous prices with no justification are. They are putting medical care out of reach for the average person and driving up the costs of insurance. There was nothing about this "physical therapy" that I couldn't find on YouTube for free. It's disgraceful. *EDIT 09/06/2020 Don't be fooled by the message below from "Patient Advocacy". They want to give the illusion that they can/will assist you, but the first thing she said was "I'm not sure there is anything I can do" Second was "I promise I'll get back to you". Never heard from her again...even after I called them back a second time. Also, if you call the clinic, they refuse to give you a cash price. They want to be able to bill whatever they see fit. Avoid this place unless you have insurance that will cover everything but the co-pay.
