Dr. Jill B. Cramer, MD

I have mixed feelings about Dr. Cramer’s office. I think that she and Sarah are really knowledgeable and do care for the patients. However, this office is terrible about getting back with you or answering the phone. I have experienced horrible side effects from my medication, so much so that I had to go to the ER, and their office was closed for whole week with no emergency line, so I really didn’t know what to do. This was an ongoing issue where it would take days upon days to ever get any help, and even when I went over to their office to try and get what I needed, they were closed before their actual closing hours. I ultimately had to end up changing doctor’s- where I have none of these issues. I will say, though, that Dr. Cramer did help me get on the medication I needed in the end, it just took a lot longer than it should have.

Dr. Cramer is a caring and attentive doctor who takes time with her patients. I went to see her for migraines. I love that she gave me options (holistic or medication routes) and let me decide what I was most comfortable with. She is amazing and I continue to recommend her to my friends and family. We are so fortunate to have her in our area!

I hate others haven't gave Jill or Sarah the opinion that I have. They are two of the best medical professionals that I have ever seen and I see 4 regularly. So you may have to wait, but it is well worth it. Those of us that can understand they are professionals who actually care and give each client the time they need and try to help you figure out what's best for you. I'm very thankful to be a patient, call receptionist early, a lot of changes have helped, but really good doctors are like good restaurants, hard to get a seat.
