Reserved a uhaul he had set for 24/7 pick up but he didn't get it ready ahead of time waited 20+ minutes for him to get a uhaul and 2 dollys while 2 other people waited behind me

Love the service. Nice owner. Very qualified in his field of work. He's rearranging things so it can look crowded or messy at this time however my past visits it was not. Pricing on service is extremely reasonable especially since its done correctly the first time and if any issue arises the owner is more than happy to fix the issue. Definitely recommend this shop. It does take a few extra days depending on type of service BC he works alone most of the time.

Got inspection done on my car. Everything went smoothly from the time I got there. Till the time I left. I didn't have to wait for hours and hours to get my vehicle in. It didn't take forever to have the inspection done and they are not a nit picky place like some of these garages are now well. Most of the garages now pick out the tiniest little things when getting car inspections from a small fray in a seat belt to a scratch on the outside of your car, which has nothing to do with a car inspection. A pinhole in the exhaust. That's so small that another garage doesn't want to fix it because it's so small and petty. It's going to cost more to fix it than what an inspection cost would be. I would recommend going here. It's on Radford road. It's kind of hidden. It's right before you get to New River recycling. This is where I will be coming from now on to get my cars inspections. Everything is checked like it's supposed to be. They don't just bring the car in and throw an inspection sticker on it. The front end is looked at. The brakes are checked, lights, horn, signals. All the necessary stuff that the inspection calls for to be checked is, but there are not a lot of other things checked that have nothing to do with a car inspection. That's a big plus!
