Ben has saved me from needless repairs that other major chains like Firestone insisted were necessary. For instance: a clutch slippage was due to a floor mat getting caught under the pedal. Ben figured that out in the test drive and told me that my clutch was fine. He finishes repairs on time and as estimated. If he finds something else he calls me promptly. And his prices are very reasonable.
So yes RVA! There is an honest, reliable and affordable auto mechanic in Richmond!
