Sunlight Solar has costed my husband thousands of dollars in money he will never get back. Dominic is dishonest and will screw you over when the job doesn’t fit his pocketbook, I would not recommend anyone to use this company. My husband put down $35,000 in a cash deposit April of 2022 for the solar to go up in the 2022 year to get the tax credit. In November they came one day, then 2 weeks later they came another day and put brackets up. When my husband called to find out when the job would be done Dominic was full of excuses and complained that he was only making $4000 off the job he hired him for. The next day he emailed my husband saying he’s breaking the contract due to my husband “threatening” him, which is laughable. My husband is retired and has health issues, not someone that is threatening at all! Meanwhile, he’d been sitting on $35,000 which would make a nice little profit in a money market for 9 months. He also damaged our new roof when he put up brackets and left them there. They also left 2 ropes and some ladder that my husband had to hire someone to remove. I’m sure my husband wasn’t the first and won’t be the last. If the profit isn’t right for them, they will play the same game with you. Unless you want the possibility of your house being damaged and you left to fix it DO NOT USE SUNLIGHT SOLAR!!!

it is not what you do when things go right, it is what you do when things go wrong. Jake and Dom stood behind everything they said. My attic was a little more than they thought it would be, so it took longer than expected. But guess what. They did it right and it works great. Let’s not forget about Lexi, she is what holds it together and has been nothing but a pleasure. You made the right choice if you chose sunlight solar.

My experience was beyond amazing with this company. I bought 12 panels for my home and I love it. The salesman Mark was great to work with. He answered all my questions, explained everything I needed or wanted to know and helped me through the process. I also met Dominic who owns the company and I they had a sit down with me and made it clear what I was buying and walked me through the financing. I was more than happy to give them my business. I looked up three different companies all offering very similar product and this was the best in price and I loved the people. The men who hooked it up were polite and explained exactly how everything worked. They even went above and beyond what was needed to make sure the install was aesthetically pleasing as well. I cannot recommend this local company enough! From beginning to end it was a smooth process and throughout that time they become more like friends than just people I bought solar panels from.
