        The employee is rude!! And they have super strict rules about being on time and missing appointments ( will try and charge you 35 bucks on top of your payment) like life doesnt happen and people have to work or take care of families. Will not go to this place again. Going to take my business to the Petersburg or Richmond location.

      Hi Nicolas - I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the service provided. While some companies operate on a first-come, first-served basis, we operate on an appointment basis in order to reduce wait times as much as possible so that you're not stuck longer than you need to be for your visits. Due to this, we do charge a missed appointment fee for no call, no shows, which is communicated to every client in advance when they first become a customer. We certainly understand that life happens and we try to reasonably accommodate as much as possible. If you have additional concerns or questions, please contact the District Manager (contact info posted in every location) for additional assistance.
