Top Gun Painting and Power Washing

After posting my review last month, I texted Shannon Billings and for a call back within 30 seconds. She had not seen my original email. Her team has replaced the bannister (doing a beautiful job, much better than the builder!), securely fastened the lattice, and made arrangements to have my accent lights replaced. I’m confident that Shannon will see that I’m completely satisfied. I will have Top Gun back in the Spring to power wash and seal my front porch. I hope to edit my original review when CofC tells me how to access it.

Shannon and her team completed a project for us quickly and professionally! They were able to work around our clients and staff as we couldn’t close to complete this project and they didn’t bat an eye! Would definitely recommend to other companies for your projects!

I’ve had them do both business and personal work and have been happy with the work . Reasonable prices and responsive to any issues .

They “forgot” my paint job had been booked. There was an insufficient number of workers to complete my job in a timely manner. They did not respect my home. Paint splatters EVERYWHERE. Blotchy caulking. Cut corners (didn’t paint behind the toilets). Did not leave my home clean - dust everywhere, speckles everywhere.

Top Gun was referred to us by a colleague. The house had been listed for sale for three weeks with no offers. Top Gun gave us recommendations that included painting and power washing. We took the house off the market for the a week. Top Gun was there on time and completed the job in three days. Once it was re-listed our home and had an offer, over the asking price, in two weeks.
