I can not recommend this Agent or his team. Worst service we have ever received to the point we had to call corporate office because of there lack of customer service. We were told our policies were being stop due to non payment when we had our bank statement saying the money was drafted. They tried double billing us telling my wife that we didn't pay the month of May when we had the transaction number where State Farm had taken a payment. Tiara was the rudest most ignorant employee yelling at my wife and giving her no information why our billing was screwed up. Even Corporate office tried to reach them and was met with same awful behavior and could not get a hold of our "agent". If I could give them a negative rating it would be minus 5 stars. Corporate even got us set up with a new agent. DO NOT give these people your business request a new agent. I hope State Farm drops the hammer on these people. Please do not use this branch
