RC Health & Fitness

I have been with RC Health and Fitness for 8 years now. I was NEVER a fan of working out. I started out just 1 day a week then I moved to maybe 2 days a week. But as time went on I started going 4 days a week. I learned to love the workouts and my new gym family, and I mean family. We support each other through all the workouts. Rotha and her team of trainers are awesome! They offer modifications for all moves. You never have to feel like you have to keep up with the ones that have been doing it for awhile. RC Health is a small gym but it is a mighty one for sure. You will not be disappointed; sore maybe but never disappointed. I highly recommend this gym! TBW

The gym is VERY CLEAN and well kept especially with COVID. I LOVE ALL the classes I have taken so far and everyone is so nice! Rotha and Thomas are fantastic! Unfortunately, I am moving to another city and definitely will miss coming here! I highly recommend this gym for those looking for a great workout and a clean facility!

Highly recommend this gym. The owner goes above and beyond to meet individual needs. The space is clean and follows all Social Distancing rules.

I love everything about RC Health & Fitness! Their trainers are knowledgeable and push you to try harder. The family environment helps with accountability. I wouldnt want to start my daily work out at any other gym.
