I am sure the company has alot of good customers and that they have a successful history. My experience was not very good. I called for a quote...was promised a quote then never called back. Called again for a quote and was not called back. The next person on the line spoke like he did not want or understand my service request. Finally, i spoke to the estimator who promised me quote only to get an email the next day telling me i should call another company for timing reasons and other excuses. Poor service. If you dont want work, simply be honest in the beginning and alert potential clients so time is not wasted...
