Deep Creek Tree Care

Intentionally pulled out in front of me from Yadkin road onto Gallberry road with a large dually towing a large equipment trailer just to turn immediately on the other side of the railroad tracks. Was cutting traffic off to the point I almost collide with your trailer worth it just to turn 75 feet later? Maybe a good business cutting trees, but not impressive with your driving and lack of concern for others on the road.

We were totally amazed with every facet of working with Deep Creek Tree Care, Inc., to remove a huge Pine tree in our side yard. They not only were on time, but were early for the work, and when they showed up they had already given us a written estimate, and supplied us with a current certificate of insurance. The crew of 6 were complete hustlers, and even though they had to drop the total tree, piece by piece, because of fences, flowers and shrubs, they accoumplished the job, including a great clean up, in about 2 hours! As a result of our neighbors witnessing this, the team secured three more jobs, the same day! Well done, we could not be happier and strongly recommend them. They came out to remove a tree of ours (next day, very quick service) that we urgently needed removed. It was a rather large tree, but they were through with it in half of a day. The problem we had was that they mangled our fence in the process, breaking off the tops of about a dozen boards. They said they would be back to repair the fence the next day or two but never called, never showed. If you end up using their service, make sure to hold on to your money until they do repairs.

A group of 5, Aaron Gomez, Abel, Luis, Armondo and Alonso, came out for some much needed tree maintenance. They were all so kind and knowledgeable. They effectively cleared 2 large trees and bundles of brush. They did an excellent job at cleaning up after themselves. They even offered me some of the Cherry tree logs they had cut down for me. I couldn't have asked for a more honest crew. Much appreciated! I will continue to recommend this crew! Thank you!
