Bermuda Spas Pools and Billiards

Good crew but been trying to get a refund of 280+ dollars for over 6 months now. Manager stated that it is suppliers job to repay me but it is now the blame game. They also have a huge problem following up on anything. I had to constantly contact them and still no joy.

Do not use these guys...they lie, give mis-information and are only licensed for retail..thery cannot perform the installations they claim to be able to do. I had to sue them to get my money back. They cannot even obtain permits for pool installations because they are only retail licensed. As a customer...do not get the permit.

Used to use Bermuda for all my supplies and opening and closing of the pool up until 2013.. Received a letter from Bermuda wanting me to give them another chance to earn their Business again. Spoke to one of the Managers and then Larry. Scheduled to open my pool. They came open the pool, cleaned, chemicals and also went above and beyond to repair a broken pin and replaced a valve on the pool. I am VERY Pleased this time and the 2 guys that came out, were very nice. I wished I remembered their names, BUT if you want a professional pool opening... I Will recommend Bermuda to anyone. They have earned my business back and I will be calling them to close at the end of the season. Thanks guys you ROCK!!

Only giving 1* because I can't go less. I paid for a pool table on 4/10. They checked and realized it was the wrong size. No offer to refund. They said they would fix it. After going back and forth for 2 more weeks we agreed on another table. I tried to set up delivery and they were unable to. I set up delivery again for 2 weeks later. 3 days before I was told my felt was out of stock(how long does it take to get felt in?). Monday I was told it would be in Thursday. I expressed the importance over the past month the importance of me having it by the weekend for an event. I was again guaranteed Thursday at 4pm. At 4:15 I called to see where they were. "Oh we can't make it today. Your felt didn't come in in time so we sent the guys to another job" I asked if they would come after and was told no. I asked for a refund and was told no. I asked for delivery and set up Friday...no, Saturday... No, Monday... No. Where is my pool table I'll come pick it up.... No. There reply was if I wanted my money back to take them to court. They are crooks, dishonest. Failed to delivery 4 times. Refused to refund my money staying it was my pool table, yet refused to give me the table. BUYER BEWARE.... STAY AWAY. MIKE AND JOHN who said he was part owner but didn't have the authority to refund my money. Update: After seeing the email Chain and some of the messages, Larry (I think he is the owner) contacted me and arranged to deliver the table Sunday. He seemed very nice and genuinely apologetic that this process had gone so wrong. The Table looks great and he did a great job setting it up. I just don't understand why it had to get to the point that it did. I am leaving at 1* because of what it took to get this completed, and the fact that I specifically asked to talk to the owner several times and was told No.
