FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE BOARD. SINCE THE FIRST TIME I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH HOLLY SHE GAVE ME ALL THE DETAILS I NEEDED AND THEN SHE EMAILED ALL THAT WE HAD SPOKEN ABOUT. SHE WAS NOT PUSHY IN THE LEAST. SHE JUST REALLY WANTED TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION. IT WAS SUPER EASY TO SIGN UP. THE PROCESS WAS VERY CLEAR AND DETAILED AND MY EQUIPMENT CAME IN ON TIME. SETTING IT UP WAS A BREEZE AS THEY HAD PROMISED. IT'S BEEN A GAME CHANGER FOR ME AND BEING ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME OUT OF OUR DEISEL PUSHER. WE HAVE MOVED BACK AND FORTH A COUPLE OF TIMES TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND BOTH PLACES IT WORKS WELL. MY BUSINESS REQUIRES ME TO USE A CABLE ETHERNET ATTACHED FROM MY DEVICE TO MY COMPUTER. I DO NOT WORK OFF OF A LAPTOP. PLUS IT HAS ITS OWN VPN. TRULY AMAZING. WE EVEN TOOK THE BUS TO A TEENY TINY TOWN IN MONTANA LAST SUMMER AND I TURNED IT ON AND EVERYTHING WORKED. THIS HAS BEEN A GODSEND AND THEY ARE A TRULY AN AMAZING COMPANY. THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE FOR ME! PS. HATS OFF TO JACOB AND CARLOS AS WELL FOR HELPING ME DETERMINE MY USAGE.

First I will start by saying Holly, a customer service rep, is fantastic. Beyond that - the service and quality are horrible. We purchased last year and paid a base rate - had problematic service at Lake Pomona so they talked us into a different service this year. IT WAS WORSE!! and when I called, they said I was on the best network. I had to cancel my working at home plans, and we had to cancel several days of vacation/out of town because of the unreliable service. I then called to downgrade my plan and was ignored. Finally in speaking with a manager to get a credit for overpaying (2x the previous year monthly rate) he proceeded to argue everything with me and did absolutely NOTHING to keep me as a customer nor make it right in the poor service we received. DON"T USE them - there are other options - of which I guess I'll have to figure that out.

Need internet for your RV trips? Here's the place to get it! Ask for Holly. She was my contact from beginning to end. Very nice, friendly, personable, and reasonable. Make sure you are ready for an investment to upgrade your remote/traveling experience. It's an upgrade that doesn't come cheap. And please keep in mind that this product relies on satellite service so be sure your location is covered (I recommend Verizon) and that you've got clear skies. Their customer support team was fantastic as well. I called a few times and Michael helped me most of the time. (Had router set up issues and other questions) He was great and was very patient with me. And when he got to a point when he couldn't help, he found me someone who could and they did the next morning.

When I called Holly was the rep that answered my call. She explained all the different packages and what they would do and the prices of each. She answered every question that I had and also I few that I had forgotten to ask. We purchased the 500 GB plan due to my wife's job working from our Tou Hauler RV. Between her job, two cell phones, three TV's all connected to the router, we have have no issues what so ever. I stream movies while my wife is working and the router handles it all with no slow downs or clitches. We highly recommend this company and Holly as the go to lady for all the correct info.
