Customer service is so poor. Going elsewhere. No one spoke to me when I walked in, and if I was bothering them. They also spoke to me from the desk when they did speak, a couple of feet away, while still looking at the computer screen. You're losing money because of this, by the way.

The office personal were exceptional. My crew dropped the ball and didn't pick up the beam i ordered. About 60 days later i realized it and with no paper work i tried to pick it up. They went through back paperwork and found my order. On the bad side it took the wearhouse team almost 2 hours to get me loaded with one 4 inch beam.

Won't buy steel anywhere else. Very friendly staff and huge in stock inventory. I purchase small amounts of steel for home projects and they offer good pricing for individuals that don't have an account. Pickup is easy and they will cut the lengths in half if you call ahead.
