HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! very unprofessional and rude I was being talked over and cut off constantly he would not listen to what I had to say and the man I spoke with goes by "Office Manager" refused to give his name, said his name is for his friends only! and when I asked to speak with someone above him he said no one is above him he is the only person to speak with, yet he claims he is not the doctor! so something is not adding up and he was horribly rude, and hung up on me twice! I had to call back three times and finally cancelled my first appt due to his behavior! This out right disgusting! Now I never even made it in to be seen due to such a horrible phone experience! 0/10 never recommend! something needs to be done to correct this horrible customer service!! 😡😡😡

Overall great patient care, easy to talk to and handled all of my concerns. Easy booking, and I look forward to seeing her yearly.

My family And I have been going here for 5 years. I’ve always received exceptional customer service from the office manager to the Dr herself. Very professional demeanors, Excellent service, and they get me in and out quickly. Thank you all!!

Called to ask for hours and a few questions. The lady (did not offer a name) that answered did give hours that the eye exams happen. Then was curtly hung up on. Not sure about this place.
