Kelly at Greenbrier store was amazing with helping me print and download with using the self-serve center. She actually did it three different times until I was satisfied with the print job. Kelly even had an idea to attach it as a picture instead of using another format to download into the self serve printer. Kelly did not give up and stayed with me through the whole process until I was able to print my document. If she cared enough to help me to do a small project .15 cents project like this I would trust her with all of my needs for my office.! Customer service does not exist like this in this anymore except at Office Depot in Greenbrier, VA. Five Big STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for Kelly at the Greenbrier Officer max/ Office Depot!

Went in to have a document laminated the man behind the customer service counter refused to laminate my original documents very unhelpful wouldn’t go back for anything

I want to praise one of your staff, Elaunda (I hope I spelled her name correctly). We needed copies of a picture and 2 other people working there could not help us but, she knew exactly what we wanted and she was so friendly and helpful.
