I always liked using this clinic but as of late they have not responded to numerous prescription refill requests from Medtronic, Express Scripts even when I followed up and now my insulin is being held up. I would just expect better follow through especially when I was promised it would be taken care of.

As you can see from my prior review (below) I was absolutely thrilled to have "finally" found a doctor that was so open to using new developments in medicine and would actually listen to me, eye to eye, when I was telling him about the multiple issues that I was suffering with from a virus that caused lifelong Immune Deficiency Disorder. To my extreme dismay, all of this doctor's patients received a letter saying that they would be transferring him to an office that is located in Norfolk. At this point, I'm upset but as long as I could continue with him as my PCP, I was willing to make the drive. I contacted the Norfolk office a couple of weeks later only to find out that he wasn't and never was at that location. After a good amount of research, I learned that he had been as well as pushed out by this majorly known as "one of the largest corporations in hospital and family medicine" whom he had been employed through. Disgusted, I found myself suffering from several life altering symptoms. Eventually, I gave up and made an appointment with 1 of the only 2 doctors in the office he originally filled. The anxiety that I had about starting over with a new doctor was immense, yet... I found after my appointment was EXTREMELY deserved. This had been "literally" the most horrid experience that I have ever had with any medical associate in my entire life! As someone who is familiar with the major laws of medical practice, I have no doubt that the PCP (if she can be called that) broke multiple laws along with destroying the entire concept behind the Hippocratic Oath and the idea of protecting the patient. PLEASE, do not take the risk of this practice causing a potentially life threatening mistake. I won't get into the details of the danger that I was subject to. I will say that if I had followed her orders, which she harshly and rudely stated, I would have potentially experienced liver failure. The information concerning this deadly interaction is all over my paper medical chart and also their computer access monitor that is in every single room. I later found out that she had never bothered to look at it in the first place.Never want another PCP! Dr. Tharakan, please never retire!!!

Yes this place is the Best. Rosins Kermini, NP is the best ever. She cares about her patients health and I must say she is one of the best drs I have ever had. She hugged me and OMG, a doctor has never hugged me. She the BEST!

They have always been wonderful and very nice. The ladies at the front desk give great customer service and are very sweet. The doctors and nurses are great as well!
