Jennings Outpatient Center

I have had lab work done here twice, and both times the phlebotomist was awesome. It is the best place to come and get lab work, the front desk is efficient, staff is friendly. I will always get my lab work done here.

I came to have lab work done for my doctor. I had my 9 year old with me. I was denied. Covid prevents me from having my labs done bc my daughter is under the age of 14. Apparently if she was 14 years old then Covid is NOT a factor. Explain how that makes any sense. Zero stars. Theres no information on Chesapeake regionals website for the Jennings center that states anything about Covid preventing you from having your child in tow. If all offices ran as well as the mammography department at Jennings, customer service wouldn't be an oxymoron. I was in and out, 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was so efficient, kind, helpful, and professional!! Thank You for making a typically dreadful experience, delightful!! You are True Heroes!!
