        You definitely get what you pay for with them. Needed a tow truck. I told the agent that i had baby with me and he said that he bumped my case up to "priority" and it would be less than a 30min wait, fast forward 2HOURS later and yes I'm still waiting because the insurance company already chose a provider and apparently they cannot change it once the tow order has been made SMFH

        I don't know about how good your insurance company is. Im here to suggest that you FIRE you advertising company. You all have the absolute worst and annoying commercials on TV. Please get rid of that emu it's not funny by any means. And what's up with the commercial where the Man is selling wet teddy bears at a hot dog stand?? How on earth can you think that was funny and not anything but stupid? Hire the advertising company that does Progressive commercials they are the funniest insurance commercials on tv. You guys need to do better or just take them off of TV all together and start from scratch.
